Join us December 12 at 6:30pm as The Hive and James Beard Foundation partner to present JBFs cookbook Waste Not: How to Get the Most from your Food, coupled with a sustainable, four-course dinner by Chef Matthew McClure. Special guest James Beard Foundation COO Kris Moon will be in attendance and speak to JBFs mission to reduce food waste. Enjoy a delicious menu, while learning how to limit your food waste and create savory dishes by using all of your food.
