This July, gather ‘round for a three-course barbecue dinner featuring beer pairings by a local brewery. Chef McClure will be pulling out all the stops with dishes such as fried okra with spicy buttermilk, Porchetta di Testa with grilled peaches and pickled onions, and slow smoked beef short rib. There will even be a delicious ambrosia dessert featuring peaches, abayon, and marshmallow to end the meal on a sweet note.
