
Do you love pie? So do we. Throughout the month of February, The Hive is showing some serious pie appreciation. In celebration of the month, Chef Matthew McClure will feature a different pie every week. See below for our weekly specials!
Week 1: Coconut Cream Pie with with toasted shaved coconut.
Week 2: Shoofly Pie with sorghum molasses.
Week 3: Peach Pie, featuring local peaches peeled and frozen from last summer’s harvest.
Week 4: Black Bottom Pie with a decadent chocolate layer topped with a layer of custard.
