Join The Hive for our ongoing dinner series, Fork & Bottle, where guest brewers, distillers and winemakers create special pairings for menus prepared by chef Matthew McClure. September is Bourbon Heritage Month, so you’ll find us celebrating with a four course menu that’s all about the bourbon. Each course will be paired with a bourbon cocktail or just plain neat.
