September is Bourbon Heritage Month, so we’re ready to focus on Kentucky’s favorite spirit for this month’s Fork + Bottle dinner. We’ll be featuring bourbon in its various forms as well as a four course menu packed with bold flavors to complement the impact of the bourbon. Guests can enjoy dishes such as chef Matthew McClure’s Hog’s Head Ravioli entree, or the Fig Eton Mess dessert, with vanilla meringue, hazelnuts and sorghum. Cheers!
