Does an evening of sipping wine paired with fantastic food seem right up your alley? If so, join us in our private dining room for a welcome cocktail followed by a special 4-course menu of wild game prepared by Chef Matthew McClure. Paired with each course will be a Schug Winery selection.
About the winemaker: Founder Walter Schug was the founding winemaker at Joseph Phelps in Napa Valley California and in 1980 started his own winery in Sonoma’s Carneros district. He specializes in Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. But also has won several awards for both their Cabernet and their Merlot. Wines featured at this dinner are Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, Carneros Chardonnay, Carneros Pinot Noir.
