
Bacon lovers unite! The Hive is welcoming guest chef Travis McConnell of Butcher & Public from Little Rock, AR, for an evening celebrating the whole hog. Chef Matt and chef Travis will conduct a butchering demo at 5:30pm in the Main Gallery followed by a welcome cocktail and snacks at 6:30pm.
The party doesn’t stop there! Get comfy because the chefs have a great 4 course dinner planned, paired with one bourbon, one wine, one beer… and something special for dessert.
