Three of Bentonville’s top restaurants – The Hive at 21c Museum Hotel, Tusk & Trotter, and Eleven at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art – have been invited to perform their craft at the storied James Beard House in New York City. Considered an incredible honor for both the chefs and the community in which they live, the chefs will partner to create an incredible menu that highlights the unique Arkansas cuisine.
In preparation for their trip, join chef Matthew McClure at The Hive for an intimate four course dinner inspired by James Beard’s iconic cookbook American Cookery. This event will help raise the needed funds to send Bentonville’s chefs to New York City.
